Ilan lev method into CI.

It is a way to connect a very unique body work and contact improvisation. Ilan Lev comes from Feldenkrise method - but it has a very different and unique approach. In this method we work through somatic solo work into improvisation and group moments. In my approach I love to combine technical aspects and freedom of improvisation which is intertvined with playfulness and suprise.

Ilan Lev method is a therapy, focused on the body structure, especially towards the connection between the bones and moving fluids. Movement is introduced into the body through leaning, rocking, and stretching. Breathing and smiling supports the process of releasing tension and surrendering into softness. Irregularity brings the body in and alert state of surprise, which awakens new path ways in movement and creativity.
